Bad Sleep Was Normal.
We Disagreed.

We're a small team that got tired of waking up tired — so we built the pillow we could never find in a store.

Sleeper resting on the Loomo cloud pillow

We think about mornings, not just pillows.

The way you feel in the first ten minutes after waking up — that's what we actually care about. Whether you turned your head without wincing. Whether you reached for your phone or reached for a stretch. Whether the night gave something back, or took something out of you.

A pillow is just our way of getting to that moment. So we sweat details nobody puts on a billboard: fabric that's gentle enough for a baby's skin, comfort that doesn't ask you to "break it in," and a shape that's still there for you a year from now.

A pillow worth holding onto

It started with a closet full of failed pillows.

You probably have the same closet we did. The expensive one that flattened by spring. The "cooling" one that wasn't. The one that's in the guest room now because throwing away a $90 pillow feels wrong, but sleeping on it feels worse.

One night — mid-pillow-fold, 3-something AM — we stopped asking "which pillow should we buy next?" and started asking "why do they all fail?" Loomo is what we built once we found the answer. And it's why we're comfortable putting promises in writing that bigger brands won't.

Great sleep shouldn't take effort.

We believe your bed should be the one place in your life that doesn't need managing. No fluffing rituals. No midnight adjustments. Nothing to learn, tune, or fight with. You unbox it tonight, you sleep on it tonight, and when it needs washing, it goes in the machine like everything else.

And because trust like that has to be earned, not claimed, every order comes with a full month to change your mind. Sleep on it for 30 nights. If it isn't right, send it back — no hard feelings.

An unhurried morning stretch

The Story Behind Loomo

Loomo exists because we believe the way you wake up shapes the whole day that follows — and too many people have quietly accepted waking up sore, tired, and annoyed at a bag of stuffing.

Why We Started
Honestly? Frustration. We'd spent years and hundreds of dollars on pillows that promised everything and went flat in months. At some point the question stopped being "which one next?" and became "why does this keep happening?" Loomo is what we built once we understood the answer — and this time, we put the promise in writing.
How We Make Our Products
Slowly, and with an unreasonable number of prototypes. Every product has to answer the same three questions before it ships: is it comfortable the very first night? Is it gentle enough for the most sensitive skin in your house? And will it survive real life — the washing machine included? If any answer is no, it goes back to the drawing board.
Our Commitment to Quality
We certify our materials to infant-grade standards — safe for direct contact with a baby's skin — because "good enough" isn't a standard we'd accept in our own beds. And we back every order with a 30-night home trial and a full year of coverage. If we got it wrong, that's our cost to carry, not yours.
What's Next for Loomo
More nights, more bedrooms, and a slowly growing family of things we're proud to sleep on ourselves. We'd rather release one thing a year that's honestly better than fill a catalog. That pace has served us — and you — well so far.
